Overview
The Arab International Center for Research and Strategic Studies comes as a response to an urgent Arab need for an independent, solid, and interdisciplinary research institution concerned with producing strategic knowledge and analyzing political, media, social, and economic transformations in the Arab world, within a changing and accelerating international context.
The Center proceeds from a firm conviction that serious scientific research is the main pillar for rational decision-making, and that the gap between academic knowledge and policymakers and institutions still requires organized institutional effort to bridge it. Hence, the Center works to provide in-depth research, analytical studies, and policy papers based on rigorous scientific methods, taking into account the cultural and political specificities of Arab societies.
The Center also plays an active role in building research and strategic capabilities, providing scientific and professional consultations, and implementing specialized training programs targeting academics, media professionals, decision-makers, and civil society institutions, in a way that enhances institutional performance efficiency and supports sustainable development based on knowledge.
